AutoFit is an automated, non-contact inspection solution that measures gap (margin) and flush features for quality validation or process optimization. Depending on your application needs, AutoFit can also be installed in a moving line without stopping the part or a standard stop station.
How it works:
AutoFit uses robot-mounted or structure-mounted TriCam sensors to measure gaps and flushness at multiple locations on every part produced. The results are then used to direct personnel where to make adjustments or what to correct in the manufacturing process. Using AutoFit as a final dimensional quality gate ensures that every product leaving your facility has the best possible alignment.
