SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE AutoFit™ emulates the routine gap and flush checks performed manually by plant inspectors – with two main differences. First AutoFit operation is automatic, measuring 100% of production (compared to a few samples per shift). Second, AutoFit uses a parametric algorithm that adapts to any gap configuration while most manual systems use a single device for all gaps, making it susceptible to human variation. RICH, TIMELY INFORMATION Because AutoFit measures 100% of production in real time, the information can be used in different ways – as an audit / containment system that records “what the customer sees”, or as a tool to provide objective directions to finesse fitters (or both).
